Tech Support's regular business hours are weekdays from 9:00am - 5:00pm (excluding holidays).
A member of the Tech Support team is always on-call and available for highly urgent issues after hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc).
After-hours support is only available for major issues that prevent a business or service from continuing to operate (for example, a point-of-sale system outage, or a registration website outage on the registration deadline date). All other calls should wait until regular business hours.
To obtain after-hours support, please call the main Tech Support number at 780-492-4987. After hours, this phone number automatically forwards to whichever team member is on-call.
